  • Our facilities are equipped with CCTV and individual unit locks for your belongings' security.
5. Do you have pest control?
  • Our site is clean and includes insect control and measures against vermin intruders.
6. How often are the communal areas cleaned?
  • Communal areas are cleaned weekly.
7. Do you offer climate-controlled units?
  • Yes, our facility is fixed with a PVI unit for humidity control to protect your items.
8. What sizes of storage units are available?
  • Units range from small (35sqf) to larger sizes (50sqf), all on the ground floor.
9. How much does self-storage cost?
  • Costs vary based on unit size, with payments typically made monthly.
10. How do I pay for my storage unit?
  • We offer online payments and automatic credit card billing. Cash and checks are not accepted.
11. Can I reserve a storage unit online?
  • Yes, you can select a unit, sign the rental agreement, and set up payment to confirm booking
12. How long can I rent a self-storage unit for?
  • We offer flexible short-term and long-term rental options, with discounts for long-term rentals.
13. Can I access my storage unit at any time?

14. What happens if I need to move out of my storage unit?
  • Give 14 days' notice, remove all items, clean the unit, and remove your padlock.
15. Do self-storage facilities offer insurance for stored items?

  • We sell boxes, tape, bubble wrap, and locks to support your storage and moving needs.
17. Do I need my own padlock?
  • Padlocks are included, but you're welcome to use your own.
18. What if I've changed my mind? Can I cancel?
  • You can cancel for free 24 hours before your move-in date.
19. What happens if I lose my key?
  • With proper ID, we can remove and replace your lock for free.
